brussel sprouts

I love brussel sprouts! next week I think I will have to start testing out some recipes. I already asked my mom if we could have some at Thanksgiving- her response "only if I know what I am doing".  I guess we all grow up thinking they are bad- maybe its the occassional cabbagey smell, anyways I am exciting to dive into some of these!

Oh and anyone have a good recipe they would like to share??? I always like them paired with rosemary!
